APPLICATION PROCESS

Beginning the Path of Discovery

Our application process is designed to help both you and the school staff make a good decision regarding Seaside Wisdom for Life School (SWFLS) as the ideal place to meet your vision for your child and the needs of your child.  We hope that your experience with this process will help you to find the right fit for a fulfilling learning experience for your child or children.

These are the steps for applying for placement in SWFLS:

1. Read the following documents available from SWFLS by mail or online at www.WisdomForLifeSchool.com

2. Attend a SWFLS Open House Informational Meeting and/or schedule an informational school tour. Check our website, www.WisdomForLifeSchool.com  for dates and times, or call the school at 760.753.5786 x*822.

3. Submit an Application for Enrollment and a small photo of your child along with payment of the application fee. This inserts you on our placement list in the order your application was received.

4. Schedule a parent interview with our Dean, Dr. Rhoberta Shaler, to discuss your vision for your child and how it matches with the mission, values and culture of SWFLS.

5. Schedule a Family Meeting appointment with our Dean, Dr. Rhoberta Shaler. You will be sent a Registration Packet to complete and return prior to this meeting. Please bring it with you. This meeting will introduce us to your child, or children, as well as allow for mutual assessment of alignment of values, vision, intentions, needs and principles.

6. Complete the final admissions and registration details, fees and documents, once enrollment at SWFLS has been offered and accepted.
